When our staff volunteer their time with local organizations, they’re not just making an impact—they’re also earning paid time off and gift cards as a thank-you for being amazing humans.
One recent example? Our Payroll Manager, Chris Cooper, spent his volunteer hours with Branches of Long Island, a non-profit dedicated to helping families in crisis. From delivering food and baby supplies to offering emotional support, Branches is a lifeline for so many people right here on Long Island. Chris’s work there embodies everything we stand for: heart, service, and a deep connection to the community we call home.

Over the years, our team has rolled up their sleeves in all kinds of ways. We’ve partnered with Cornell Cooperative Extension to support oyster shell recycling and help restore Long Island’s marine ecosystems. We’ve organized beach cleanups to keep our coastline pristine. And we’ve donated high-quality food from our kitchens to support neighbors in need.
These efforts are part of a bigger vision: to build a company that’s known as much for its values as it is for its vibrant hospitality.
